Domain Name Day 2019

On 15 March, an anniversary of the first ever registration of a domain name "symbolics.com", the .pl domain registry celebrated the Domain Name Day. We used this occasion to organise the event "Train to .pl domain" at the Stanisław Moniuszko Central Railway Station in Warsaw, intended to encourage all interested parties to broaden their knowledge about the registration of the Polish country code domain. The visitors to our stand could take part in the competition "Domain wheel of fortune" and have fun together with us composing their own, creative animations with the .pl domain registry logo. The event attracted a great interest which was mirrored by long queues of people willing to take part in the game.
