Amendment of .pl domain names regulations

Communication from the NASK on amendments to the Domain Names Regulations dated 18 December 2006.

NASK (Research and Academic Computer Network research institute) seated in Warsaw, hereby informs that due to completion of the project of the release of the regional names for the public registration, implemented in accordance with the Ordinance of the Director of NASK no. 224,

  1. as of 10 December 2013 the wording of the paragraph 6c of the Domain Names Regulations dated 18 December 2006 undergoes a change by the cancellation of the content of its second sentence that reads: "The Tender concerning the Domain Name corresponding to the name of a voivodship, county, commune or town in .pl Domain can only be submitted directly to the NASK,".
  2. due to the cancellation of the second sentence of the paragraph 6c Domain Names Regulations dated 18 December 2006, the paragraph 6c is replaced by: "The Tender concerns the Domain Name corresponding to the names of a voivodship, county, commune or town in .pl Domain unless the Tenderer is a competent unit of local self-government or the State represented by a competent administration unit."


Therefore, NASK hereby announces consolidated text of the Domain Names Regulations dated 18 December 2006 and informs that the revised Domain Names Regulations dated 18 December 2006 is binding for the Subscriber, unless the Subscriber terminates the Agreement within two weeks from the date of being informed of changes in the Regulations.
